Our Services

We have been proudly providing reliable steel processing for our customers since 1941.

Quench & Temper

Quenching is the process used to make material harder. Temper is the process of preheating previously quenched or normalized steel to below the critical range, holding, and then cooling to obtain the desired mechanical properties. This process is used to reduce the brittleness of quenched steel.

Stress Relieving

Stress Relieving is the process of heating the steel to a temperature below the critical range to relieve the stresses from the material resulting from cold working, shearing, or gas cutting.

Normalizing

Normalizing is the process used for making material softer. This improves the uniformity of the properties of hot rolled steel.

Annealing

Annealing is the process for softening materials to bring about required changes in properties, such as machinability, mechanical properties, or dimensional stability.

Solution Anneal

Solution Annealing is the heat treatment process for ferrous and nonferrous materials to produce a solid solution of alloy elements for age-hardening or precipitation-hardening, or improved machining, formability, and/or corrosion resistance.

Solution Quench & Temper

Solution treatment is the heating of an alloy to a suitable temperature, holding it at that temperature long enough to cause one or more constituents to enter into a solid solution and then cooling it rapidly enough to hold these constituents in solution.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting is used to roughen or clean (a surface) with a jet of sand driven by compressed air or steam.
